This hp is similar to communicator hp like Nokia E90, Nokia 9300i,etc. Communicator is a new-type hp that has been used by many people ( especially businessman ) as alternative communication. It means, this hp is like a right-hand for businessman.
I have tried once this hp and another communicator hp. Cool I think, but after I have used it for a month, I feel bored. Because communicator hp menu is specially designed for business people, not for people like me, he he x5 ;p

Review Teknologi VoIP yang Legal untuk WARNET, WARTEL, Kantor & Kampus


Teknologi VoIP telah di ketahui menarik untuk digunakan untuk melakukan SLJJ & SLI dengan biaya yang jauh lebih murah daripada apa yang di tawarkan Telkom & Indosat saat ini. Secara legalitas adalah legal & tidak perlu ijin / lisensi pemerintah jika kita menggunakan VoIP pada:

• PC yang tersambung ke Internet.
• LAN yang tersambung ke Internet (WARNET dll).
• VoIP yang tidak komersial.
• VoIP yang tidak menggunakan handset yang tersambung ke Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) milik Telkom.

Penyelenggara VoIP yang harus memperoleh ijin / lisensi dari pemerintah adalah yang sifatnya komersial dan menggunakan user-nya handset yang tersambung ke PSTN milik Telkom. Hal ini di jelaskan dalam draft KEPMEN Penyelenggaraan Jasa Telekomunikasi yang bisa di ambil di http://www.postel.go.id.

Pada kesempatan ini saya mencoba menjelaskan beberapa teknologi VoIP kelas low density gateway yang menarik bagi WARNET, WARTEL, Kampus, kompleks perkantoran, kompleks pertokoan & kompleks perumahan untuk menyelenggarakan servis VoIP yang legal (tanpa perlu ijin) yang merupakan bagian dari servis Internet mereka - jadi legal tanpa perlu ijin / lisensi dari pemerintah. Sialnya sering kali hal ini oleh beberapa oknum Telkom di anggap sebagai melanggar peraturan padahal tidak; mungkin mereka kurang memahami isi dari peraturan itu sendiri yang sebetulnya tersedia di http://www.postel.go.id.

• http://www.super-phone.com/ - Super Phone memproduksi gateway VoIP untuk satu saluran yang bisa disambungkan ke PBX konvensional, dan menyambung ke Internet menggunakan DSL, Cable modem atau PSTN biasa.
• http://www.vive.com/ - membuat low density gateway untuk Voice & FAX di atas Internet, termasuk Ensemble! yang merupakan 8 port PBX IP gateway.
• http://www.shelcad.com/ - membuat PCMCIA gateway untuk Internet Telephony untuk digunakan di laptop.

Selanjutnya mari kita lihat lebih lanjut beberapa peralatan VoIP yang betul-betul legal tanpa perlu ijin digunakan untuk mem-bypass Telkom & Indosat.

• Bagi anda yang sudah memiliki komputer yang dilengkapi soundcard umumnya anda sudah siap untuk mem-bypass Telkom & Indosat secara sah / legal tanpa perlu ijin. Perangkat lunak yang dibutuhkan biasanya bisa di download dari hook-off gateway seperti http://www.net2phone.com, http://www.dialpad.com dll. Atau bisa juga menggunakan software seperti Microsoft NetMeeting untuk audio chat. Hanya saja, biasanya kualitas suara yang dihasilkan akan kurang baik terutama jika saluran Internet yang kita gunakan sedang congest (padat / penuh).

• VoIPblaster yang dibuat oleh Creative http://www.creative.com merupakan alat yang mungkin paling murah (sekitar US$50-an) untuk VoIP. Cara penggunaannya juga tidak terlalu rumit karena anda cukup mencolok-an peralatan VoIPblaster ini ke port USB yang ada di PC kita. Kita bisa menggunakan handset biasa atau menggunakan speaker / mic untuk berbicara melalui VoIP blaster ini. Dengan alat ini maka suara yang dihasilkan akan lebih baik daripada sekedar menggunakan SoundCard.

• Internet PhoneJACK, Internet LineJACK & Internet LineCARD yang dibuat oleh QuickNet http://www.quicknet.net merupakan card di PC yang harus dimasukan ke ISA / PCI bus di motherboard. Harga Internet PhoneJACK sekitar US$99-an pada saat tulisan ini di tulis & sudah turun sekitar US$50-an dari pertengahan tahun 2000. Dengan software switchboard H323 yang tersedia bagi Internet LineJACK, maka sebetulnya PC kita mampu berfungsi sebagai sentral telepon yang dapat menjadi gateway bagi PBX di kantor / WARNET / WARTEL kita. Perlu di tegaskan sekali lagi bahwa peralatan ini adalah legal untuk digunakan karena menggunakan PC sebagai gatewaynya.

• Produk yang hampir sejenis dengan Internet PhoneJACK adalah Innomedia http://www.innomedia.com Infoaccel yang merupakan PCCard pada slot PCI. Harganya juga cukup bersaing dengan produk QuickNet sekitar US$99.95 pada saat tulisan ini ditulis. Umumnya card-card ini dilengkapi fasilitas digital signal processing untuk mengkompres sinyal suara agar bisa menghemat bandwidth pada saat di transmisikan melalui Internet menggunakan berbagai standar kompresi seperti G.723.1.

• Bagi anda yang suka melakukan traveling & menggunakan laptop yang dilengkapi Internet maka PCMCIA card dari shelcad http://www.shelcad.com/ merupakan alternatif solusi yang mungkin akan membantu.

• Selain PCMCIA Card Shelcad http://www.shelcad.com juga membuat peralatan yang mirip dengan VoIPblaster yang dapat di sambungkan ke PC supaya pengguna di PC dapat menikmati VoIP secara legal tanpa perlu ijin ke POSTEL & TELKOM. Tampak pada gambar adalah peralatan Way2call Hi-Phone yang merupakan peralatan yang bisa disambungkan ke PC Pentium untuk melakukan komunikasi VoIP.

Di atas adalah peralatan VoIP yang betul-betul legal untuk digunakan secara komersial di WARNET & WARTEL tanpa perlu meminta ijin lagi kepada POSTEL, karena merupakan feature tambahan dari PC di WARTEL / WARNET yang mengakses ke Internet.

Di samping peralatan yang betul-betul legal ini, ada beberapa peralatan yang masih legal untuk digunakan di perkantoran & kampus tanpa perlu ijin dari POSTEL selama tidak dikomersialkan. Akan tetapi untuk jasa komersial melalui WARTEL & WARNET masih agak membingungkan, karena peralatan ini bukan PC yang kita kenal (walaupun di dalamnya ada microprocessor-nya). Peralatan yang akan ditampilkan merupakan alat-alat stand alone yang bisa beroperasi tanpa PC sama sekali.

Di lengkapi dengan pilihan menyambung ke line Analog atau digital (ISDN). Kemampuan memilih leased cost routing pada saat menyalurkan pembicaraan telepon.


Tentunya peralatan yang stand alone yang terakhir di bahas dapat saja di gunakan di WARNET / WARTEL. Masalah perijinan akhirnya tergantung pada interpretasi kita terhadap peraturan yang ada, karena pada dasarnya semua peralatan ini berbasis komputer (microprocessor) semua.

Model & Infrastructure Business Internet Phone (VoIP)

Kemudian akan nampak jendela baru dan klik change product key dan ketik CRTGH-B68P2-XB6JC-44GCD-X9JHM.
Close window activation tersebut dan restart komputer. Untuk memastikan apa tuh windows udah activation run dan ketik %systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a.
